Bacon & Egg Baked Beans
A 4th of July cookout is not complete without baked beans. The TermiNatetor Kitchen improved upon the classic by adding our delicious eggs to the classic dish. God Bless America!

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 (16-oz) cans red beans
- 3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
- ½ pound bacon, cut into ½ pieces
- 5 Braswell Family Farms eggs (large)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a Dutch oven or medium-sized baking dish, mix together the onion, beans, mustard, syrup, brown sugar, ketchup, and balsamic vinegar.
- Top with bacon pieces and bake, covered for 25 minutes.
- Remove beans from the oven and carefully crack eggs over the beans.
- Make for an addition 25 minutes, uncovered until the egg whites are completely set.
