Peach Oatmeal Muffins
August is Peach Month!
Celebrate one of summer’s gifts, peaches! These peach oatmeal muffins are great for a quick breakfast or mid-morning treat. Thank you to the Georgia Peach Council for the recipe

Ingredients
1 Large Braswell Family Farms egg
6 Peaches
1 1/2 cup Oatmeal
2 cup All-purpose flour
3/4 cup Brown sugar
3 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Slice 3 peaches (about 1 cup) and puree in a blender.
Coarsely chop remaining peaches and set aside.
Combine peach puree with remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed. Fold in chopped peaches. Spoon into lined muffin tins. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
