Meet Stephen Glover, Transportation Manager at Braswell Family Farms. Stephen has been with Braswell Family Farms for 25 years and oversees the day-to-day of our trucks, drivers, training, truck maintenance, and our maintenance shop to make sure our fleet and team is all running smoothly. Occasionally Stephen will fill and make deliveries to customers if needed.

Stephen starts his day around 4:30 a.m. by making coffee for the drivers as they come in and head out for the day. He enjoys checking in with each of them as he can and sending them on their way with a fresh cup of coffee. The rest of his day is filled with various office work like compliances, ensuring our trucks sand vehicles are running smoothly and safely, and providing training for our drivers.

Stephen enjoys all the people he gets to work with and often comments that “they are a good group of folks.”

In his free time, Stephen enjoys helping on the family farms and collecting antique tractors.

As for his Braswell Family Farms eggs, Stephen likes them fried in an egg sandwich with cheese or in pancakes.
