Braswell Family Spotlight

This week’s spotlight is on Jeff Collins. Jeff is our Complex Maintenance Manager at Carolina Egg, our largest farm and distribution site. Jeff began his career at Braswell Family Farms 15 years ago as a Maintenance Technician at our feed mill.

Jeff loves the challenge of working in maintenance. Everyday holds something new and provides him with a healthy level of good stress.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys deer and rabbit hunting or going to the lake.

When asked how he likes his Braswell Family Farms eggs, Jeff replied, “Over medium. That’s how I get them every morning at the Nashville Diner with sausage, grits and toast.”
