Meet Sherry Cooke, our Braswell Family Farms Human Resources Specialist. As our HR Specialist, Sherry ensures that our company is being the best stewards of the employees who devote their time and energy to our success.

Sherry’s day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting new employees, processing payroll, engaging with employees and working on employee benefits.

Sherry officially came on board one month ago and we are so happy she is here. Sherry filled a void in our company by being the first HR Specialist devoted to our family of employees at our egg processing facility. In her time here, she has introduced new employee programs like monthly activity calendars and focus Bible verses.

A fun fact about Sherry is she was the first girl in her neighborhood to be on a community little league team! Now Sherry enjoys spending time with her nine-year-old daughter and their lab rescue dog named Sadie.

As for her Braswell Family Farms eggs, Sherry likes hers deviled with bacon. Yum!
