Meet Jermaine "Frog" Mills

Meet Jermaine Mills, but many folks call him Frog, a nickname Jermaine’s grandfather gave him that stuck around. Frog is one of egg delivery drivers servicing the Raleigh and southwestern Virginia areas.

Frog has been a Braswell Family Farms family member for five years. He heard about the position here through a fellow Braswell Family Farms driver who also happened to be Frog’s CDL driving instructor!

Frog loves meeting new people, so it makes sense that he enjoys delivering our eggs and meeting new people at each grocery store he delivers to. Most people say Frog is a humorous guy. In fact, he gets a lot of laughs around the farm by lovingly imitating his driver counterparts.

In his free time, you can find Frog being active with his five children. This usually means coaching them in sports including football, basketball, or baseball. He also enjoys making homemade sausage with his father-in-law

As for his Braswell Family Farms eggs, Frog likes them best soft scrambled in a hobo. If you’re not familiar with this southern staple, it includes scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese in a tortilla. Frog has one advantage though, he uses homemade sausage that he and his father-in-law make in their free time. Sounds like we need to post a recipe with that sausage!

When asked if there was anything else he wanted to share, Frog said he is grateful for the opportunity to work at Braswell Family Farms and his job is a pleasure. Frog, we are so glad to have you apart of the family!
