  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Beat eggs and eggnog in medium bowl until blended. Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Place 6 bread slices in pan; turn slices over and let stand until egg mixture is absorbed. Remove the bread slices and place in single layer on well-greased baking sheet.

  3. Repeat with remaining egg mixture and bread, using a second baking sheet.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes, turning once when the bottoms are browned. Remove from oven when both sides are browned and no visible liquid egg remains.

  5. Serve with your favorite syrup, a dash of nutmeg, or powered sugar garnish.
