Eric Eppes

Meet Eric Eppes, our Distribution Manager at our Virginia office. Eric began his career at Braswell Family Farms 28 years ago working on the farm on the weekends when he was in high school. After serving in the Air Force for six years, he returned to Braswell Family Farms and worked his way up through various roles in our shipping facility to eventually become our Distribution Manager. Eric also occasionally fills in as a driver if needed.

Eric’s typical day starts with email and then checking in with his team to plan the day. He’ll also do inventory checks and checks in with each of the drivers when he can. When he’s driving and making customer deliveries, he enjoys being on the road and the scenery. He likes the freedom it offers.

When asked about what he likes about working at Braswell Family Farms, he mentioned the nice atmosphere and they way they make you feel like family.

In his free time. Eric enjoys tending to his vegetable garden, cooking, and fishing in the Sandy River Reservoir in Rice, Virginia. As for his cooking skills, he says he’s famous for his chili, lasagna, and corn pudding.

Eric enjoys his Braswell Family Farms eggs scrambled soft with cheese.
