Willie Messenburg

Meet Willie Massenburg, truck driver for Braswell Family Farms. Willie has been with Braswell Family Farms for 19 years and delivers our fresh eggs to grocery stores in the Wilmington, Chadbourne, and Simpson areas.

A typical day for Willie, or rather night, as he is one of our night drivers, includes driving 300-500 miles. But logging that may miles is just the way he prefers it. He loves being on the road and working outside. Willie says that his career is enjoyable, the people are good, and he likes his customers.

When not at work, Willie enjoys fishing at local ponds or deep-sea fishing in Morehead, NC. He also enjoys hunting and vegetable gardening.
